Caregivers and family

How do I invite my partner or the grandparents?

In the app, go to Settings › Caregivers and send the invitation code or link. The other person installs Bcontrol, chooses "I have an invitation" and enters the code. You both need an account.

Do I share Premium with my family?

With your partner, yes: in Settings › Caregivers, tap your partner and choose "This is my partner". If either of you has Premium, it covers you both. Other caregivers log for free and need their own subscription for Premium features.

I can't see another caregiver's logs

Check that you both have a connection and are in the same family (Settings › Caregivers). In Settings › Account you can force a sync with "Sync now".

Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Bcontrol. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

I changed phones and don't have Premium

In the app, go to Settings › Subscription and tap "Restore purchases" with the same Apple or Google account you bought with.

How do I request a refund?

Payments are handled by the store. For Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play: from your account's order history.

Your data

Where is my data stored?

Without an account, only on your phone, encrypted. With an account, also on our servers in the European Union, encrypted. We explain it in detail in the privacy policy.

How do I export or delete my data?

Export everything in Settings › Your data. To delete your account and what the server stores, go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
